At Transcribe Sierra Leone, our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. We guaranty 95% and above accuracy level.
What's your confidentiality policy?
At Transcribe Sierra Leone, we ensure that our clients’ information remains confidential. We do not disclose any information in respect to your research finding to any third party. Yes, we do sign an Oath of Confidentiality with our clients if they want to.
What is your turn around time?
At Transcribe Sierra Leone, we understand the importance of time and value the time of our customers. We ensure the timely delivery of all transcripts and translations without compromising accuracy.
Are you only limited to Sierra Leonean project?
No. At Transcribe Sierra Leone, we do transcribe and translated audio/video/documents from other African countries.
What are your payment options?
We do accept Western Union payments and other money transfer agencies. We do not accept paypal payment. But we do accept bank to bank transfers.
New clients are required to pay a 50% upfront payments before the commencement of the work. This is an effort to ward off Internet/online fraudster.
Do you offer sample work?
Yes. For new clients, we can do a five minutes free transcription to prove our suitability for the word. You can go ahead to hire our service or not – no questions ask.
How are files transferred?
Files (audios, video, word doc, PDFs, etc) can be transfered through secured online sources agreed between the client and us.
For locally based clients, we can offer to pick up the files anywhere in Freetown, incase the internet connection is not strong for online transfers.
